• COBRA Music Studios
  Based inside the Riverfront Theatre in Newport, COBRA Music Studios is a contemporary recording studio specialising in traditional styles of music. The Recording Studio is integrated into the heart of the Riverfront Theatre, with links into each of the spaces within the building; the main Auditorium, Studio Theatre and Dance Studio, allowing us to facilitate larger sessions in house. Each of these spaces have their own acoustic character, providing our clients with a truly unique sound for their recordings. The Studio Theatre houses a beautiful Welmar Baby Grand that we are able to patch in to for an incredible piano sound. The studio live room presents a beautiful intimate space that is perfect for capturing and expressing your creativity. Ambient lighting creates the perfect atmosphere for both recording and writing sessions. Comprising of a mixture of analogue and digital recording equipment, in the control room we use hybrid recording techniques to get the best sound for your recording. With a dual Slate Raven MTi system controlling our sessions and a selection of external outboard equipment, combined with our links to the other recording spaces, the studio provides a wealth of options for small and large recording sessions, making COBRA Music Studios the perfect place for a unique recording experience.

• Gregynog Young Musician Competition
  The Gregynog Young Musician Competition was founded in 2005 and has become one of the most prestigious events of its kind. The competition is held annually at the highly acclaimed Gregynog Hall, which has a long history of association with music and the arts. Entrants must be aged 18 years and under and have reached Grade 8 standard or equivalent, on any orchestral instrument, brass band instrument or percussion. • Hampstead Harp Centre London
  Hampstead Harp Class aims to educate and develop the performance technique and ensemble playing for harpists. Through harp ensemble, private instruction, chamber music, masterclasses, performance opportunities, and harp maintenance workshops, students acquire skills necessary to play with others, hone their musicianship, and deepen their knowledge and appreciation for the instrument.

  Harp Column magazine is the No. 1 source of news and information for harpists worldwide. Harp Column was founded as a small newsletter in 1993 by Kimberly Rowe and Hugh Brock. In 1996 expanded to a magazine format and a few years later the first Harp Column Community online. In 2013 Harp Column Music for launched to provide sheet music downloads, specializing in publications for harp ensemble. Alison Reese joined our staff in 2003 and became Editor of the print edition in 2013; in 2014 she became a partner.   The World Harp Congress, Inc. a private non-profit organization, was founded in 1981 as an outgrowth of the International Harp Weeks held in The Netherlands for twenty years under the leadership of Phia Berghout and Maria Korchinska. Past Congresses have been held in Maastricht, The Netherlands; Jerusalem, Israel; Vienna, Austria; Paris-Sevres, France; Copenhagen, Denmark; Seattle-Tacoma, USA; Prague, Czech Republic; Geneva, Switzerland; Dublin, Ireland; Amsterdam, The Netherlands; Vancouver, Canada; and Sydney, Australia. Concerts, workshops and seminars concerning all aspects of harp musicology and performance are offered at these triennial sessions. The World Harp Congress has members representing over 50 countries.The Board of Directors welcomes all persons who are interested in the harp to join this international organization.
