All returns must have prior authorisation from The Harp Studio. Failure to do this will result in a £20.00 administration charge.
Any faults must be reported via telephone or email within 7 working days of the buyer receiving the goods.
Harp strings and Music books are not returnable unless there is a manufacturing or printing error within the score.
Accessories and other merchandise music be returned in their original packaging before a replacement or refund is issued.
Any item found to be defective due to manufacturing fault will be exchanged or a full refund issued. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return items as a secure package at their own expense. It is recommended that any items returned are sent recorded delivery and that the buyer keeps a record of the dispatch and tracking numbers from the post office or courier service as a reference of proof of dispatch and tracking the item. Any replacement product to the buyer will be dispatched postage free of charge. Priority shipping will incur additional charges.
Any incorrect products dispatched from us to the buyer due to error by The Harp Studio will be exchanged as soon as possible and the return postage covered by us. A stamp will be enclosed with the buyers’ amended order, or an online postage label will be emailed. Please note that the latter is only valid for a 48 hour period. In certain cases we reserve the right to charge a restocking charge of £5.00 which will be deducted from the buyers’ total refund.
