The Office and Showroom will be Closed from the 21st December until 6th January. Orders will be processed and dispatched on my return.
POSTAGE
Our chosen delivery company is Royal Mail. Royal Mail services are calculated by size and weight.
The postage cost on our online store have been calculated using the Royal Mail basic service rate for First Class Post for UK orders and International Shipping for European and Worldwide orders. A £1.50 handling charge has been added to the basic postal rate which covers additional cost for sundries such as packaging supplies and credit or debit card charges.
Any dates quoted for delivery are approximate only. We endeavour to dispatch the buyers order as soon as possible within 1 - 5 working days. We regret we are unable to accept any responsibility for delays caused by the postal service. We will not be held responsible for any delays due to strike action or severe weather conditions.
On times the buyers order might be delayed due to national holidays or The Harp Studio attending exhibitions or if we are closed for annual leave - yes, just like you we also need a holiday! We will endeavour to provide closure information on our Homepage. If we are away on exhibition full details can be found on our events page.
It is the buyers responsibility to provide the seller with adequate delivery instructions. We accept no responsibility for incomplete delivery information provided by the buyer. We reserve the right to cancel the buyers order if the delivery or account information is incorrect. You will be subject to additional delivery charge if we need to re-send your order.
EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
As of 1st July 2021 new import and export rules and regulations have been issued by HMRC as a result of BREXIT. Orders placed by European customers are subject to pay value-added tax (VAT) on products that cost up to €150. You will also need to pay import duties if products cost more than €150. Goods will only be released for delivery once this payment has been made to your government via postal or courier service. Please note that this is not a UK charge and that this charge is beyond our control. By accepting our terms and conditions you agree that you have read and understood this statement.
